Subsoilers

Dante Macchine subsoilers work in place of the plow to improve the efficiency and yield of operations. The advantages? Shorter working times and lower fuel consumption.

At an agronomic level, the use of the subsoiler guarantees better water drainage, high capillarity, multiple crop benefits and an increase in production, which translates into an increase in earnings.

Ares

Dante macchine subsoilers' range

Ares by Dante Macchine is a range of high quality subsoilers that incorporate the latest technologies in the sector. Ares subsoilers are available with a working width of 2.5 to 4 metres, with five, seven or nine tines per frame. They are made in the MDS, DS and XS versions which allow the cultivation of soil from 40 to 70 centimetres.

The use of these subsoilers replaces the plow, simplifying the soil working process. Thanks to their characteristics, Ares subsoilers allow you deep cultivation, with notable optimization of fuel consumption and productivity: for a positive impact on operational efficiency as well as sustainability.

Characteristics of Ares subsoilers

Anchor

The anchor with a thickness of 35 mm and a progressive profile helps penetration into the soil by reducing traction effort, and improves soil mixing thanks to the overturning of clods. The anchors break up, break up the soil and mix it with crop residues.

Anchor protection

The protection of the teeth is mechanical, using safety bolts. In the presence of an obstacle, the thrust on the tip increases and the shear bolt breaks under tension, allowing the free anchor to rotate backwards on the other hinging bolt. Complete lifting of the anchor allows you to safeguard the structure of the machine.

See

Couple of lateral wings

On the anchors are mounted the so-called "coulters" or lateral wings, which have the function of further moving and breaking up the upper part of the layer involved in the processing without causing the overturning of the soil. They also guarantee effective cutting of the root system in the presence of weeds or crop residues. The central coulter allows the breaking of clods, optimizing the refinement of the soil.

Share

The ploughshare with the bayonet system, held by an elastic pin, is easy and quick to replace. The sheath anchoring system also has the function of protecting the anchor from usury.

See

Rear double rollers

The rollers guarantee good refinement and at the same time allow the compaction of the soil moved by the anchors, limiting the evaporation of water from the surface layers. The double tined rear rollers allow you to break up clods to compact the soil. They guarantee both perfect refinement of the previously turned over soil and the incorporation of crop residues in the first 15-20 cm of depth.

See

Disc section

The combination with the rear disc section allows you to break up the soil by turning it on itself to allow the burial of crop residues.
